Ingredients
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
2 T cotija or other hard cheese, grated
2 slices Swedish rye
2-3 slices roast beef, heated
6 or so good-sized frozen prawns, heated
4 T onion marmalade
Preparation
Mix egg, milk, and cotija. Dip bread in mixture.
Put one slice bread in greased pan. Pile with beef, prawns, and onion relish. Top with other slice. When the bottom slice is crispy, flip and cook until the remaining slice is crisp.
