Ingredients

1 small onion, grated

1.5-2 tbsp oil

2.5 tbsp flour

1/2 cup milk

4 oz ham, shrimp, chicken or spinach, minced very finely

salt to taste

Preparation

Disolve flour in milk.

Sautee onion in oil until they are clear. Add flour/milk mixture and stir until mixture thickens. Set aside and add meat. Put back on heat and mix until mixture separates from the sides. Let cool and form little cylinders.

Put cylinders in egg and bread crumbs. Then fry.
