Ingredients
1 Baguette cut into 1/4" thick slices
1/4 cup olive oil
1 large garlic clove cut in half
3/4 cup herbed cheese spread such as Rondele
1/2 to 3/4 lb lox style smoked salmon, thin sliced
dill for garnish
Preparation
Preheat broiler. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet. Brush each slice with olive oil. Broil for about 5 minutes, watching carefully until lightly browned. Remove and rub with cut side of garlic. When slices cool, spread each with cheese and top with slice(s) of salmon. Garnish with small piece of dill
