Ingredients
4 plum tomatoes
2 tbl olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- Halve plum tomatoes lengthwise & drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle tomatoes with thyme & salt & pepper.
- Roast until tomatoes are soft & slightly shrunken, 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
- Remove & raise oven temperature to 400 degrees.
- Drizzle 8-1/2 inch thick baguette slices with olive oil & bake until golden brown, 10 minutes.
- Rub toasts with a halved garlic clove & top each with a roasted tomato.
