Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt 

1 tablespoon white miso 

Toasted black and white sesame seeds 

Kosher salt 

Dark crudites, such as purple carrots, red cabbage, steamed purple potatoes, Treviso radicchio, black radishes, and black olives, for serving 

Preparation

Whisk together yogurt, miso, and 1 tablespoon water. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Serve with crudites.
