Ingredients

1 bag. Tortilla “Scoops”

1 ea. Prepared Guacamole

1 jar Salsa (drained)

4 oz. Alouette® Crumbled Goat Cheese Provencal

Preparation

  • Place Scoops on sheet tray
    • Fill each scoop with 1 tsp. guacamole
    • Top each filled scoop with 1 tsp. salsa
    • Sprinkle Alouette® Crumbled Goat Cheese Provencal liberally on each assembled mini taco
    • Serve as a passed hors d’oeuvre
