Ingredients
1 bag. Tortilla “Scoops”
1 ea. Prepared Guacamole
1 jar Salsa (drained)
4 oz. Alouette® Crumbled Goat Cheese Provencal
Preparation
- Place Scoops on sheet tray
- Fill each scoop with 1 tsp. guacamole
- Top each filled scoop with 1 tsp. salsa
- Sprinkle Alouette® Crumbled Goat Cheese Provencal liberally on each assembled mini taco
- Serve as a passed hors d’oeuvre
