6 skinless boneless chicken breasts split and each half cut lengthwise in three

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup light soy sauce

1 cup cornflake crumbs

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp red pepper flakses (optional)

Preparation

Preheat over to 350 Line cookie sheeet with parchment paper Mix peanut butter and soy sauce in a small bowl Mix cornflake crumbs salt and garlic powder in a seperate bowl Coat chicken strips in peanut butter mixture then coat in cornflake crumb mixture and place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 40 minutes
