Ingredients

1 - 15oz can chickpeas

1 tbl olive oil

1 tbl chunky sea salt

2 teaspoons spice like garam masala

Preparation

Heat oven to 400.

Drain chickpeas into colander. Rinse well under tap water. Dry very dry with paper towel.

Toss chickpeas with olive oil and spread on cookie sheet. Roast for 30-40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes to keep from burning.

Remove from oven and toss with salt and spice.
