Ingredients
2 cups frozen peas
2 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can shoepeg corn, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1 small jar diced pimentoes, drained
8 chopped green onions
2 celery ribs, chopped
1/4 tsp pepper
1 med green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp salt
Preparation
Mix vegetable together, then mix oil, vinegar, sugar & salt. Pour liquid over vegetable mixture and chill at least 3 hrs.
