Ingredients

5 cups oatmeal

1 cup seseme seeds

1 cup powdered milk

1 cup liquid honey

1 cup non-hydrogenated oil

1 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup wheat germ

1 cup coconut

1 cup soy flour

other fruits and nuts to taste

Preparation

Mix together all dry ingrediens then add oil and honey. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-45 minutes mixing every 15 minutes with a large spoon. Add toasted nuts and fruit after baking.
