Ingredients
The Crunch:
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 2-oz. package sunflower seeds
1 package Ramen noodles, broken
1/3 cup melted butter
The Dressing:
1/2 cup Canola oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
The Salad:
1 head Napa Cabbage, torn
1 large bunch radishes, thinly sliced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
Preparation
The Crunch: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all almonds, sunflower seeds and ramen noodles in a large mixing bowl. Pour melted butter over mixgture and toss until completly coated. Pour mixture onto large cookie sheet and spread thin. Toast mixture for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Set aside until cool.
The Dressing: Combine ingreditent in a salad dressing shaker and shake well.
The Salad: Combine salad ingredients. Toss with The Crunch and The Dressing.
