Ingredients

Dressing: blend the following in a blender

¼ C olive oil

¼ C sugar

2 T balsamic vinegar

1 t soy sauce

Crunch: sauté the following 7-8 minutes, until golden, then drain on paper towels, cool

4 oz butter

1 pkg Ramen noodles

1 C walnuts, chopped coarsely

Preparation

When ready to assemble, break up one head of romaine, about 8 cups. Add 2 C fresh strawberries, sliced. Add the crunch mixture and toss to mix. Serve on a large shallow bowl or tray and drizzle with the dressing.
