Ingredients

1 c shredded purple cabbage

1 c shredded green cabbage

1/2 c shredded daikon radish

2 c shredded carrots

1 c sunflower sprouts

1 c pea shoots

2 T mint leaves

4 T Sesame Vinaigrette

Vinaigrette

1/4 c rice vinegar

1 T clover honey

1/4 c sesame oil

2 T roasted peanut oil

2 T canola oil

Kosher salt and pepper

1 T loiling water

2 T sesame seeds

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Drizzle vinaigrette and toss to coat.

Vinaigrette: Place all ingredients in a processor, except water and sesame seeds, process for 30 seconds. Add boiling water and process for 10-15 seconds. Stir in sesame seeds.
