Ingredients
2 cans chunk white albacore tuna in water (drained)
1/4 cup yellow mustard
2 tbsp light canola mayo
1/2 large cucumber
15 seedless red grapes
Preparation
- Combine the cans of drained tuna with the mustard and mayo in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Dice the cucumber and red grapes.
- Add the cucumber and red grapes to the tuna mixture and gently mix so the “crunch” is distributed throughout.
- Store any extra in the refrigerator.
