Ingredients

2 cans chunk white albacore tuna in water (drained)

1/4 cup yellow mustard

2 tbsp light canola mayo

1/2 large cucumber

15 seedless red grapes

Preparation

  1. Combine the cans of drained tuna with the mustard and mayo in a small bowl. Mix well.
  2. Dice the cucumber and red grapes.
  3. Add the cucumber and red grapes to the tuna mixture and gently mix so the “crunch” is distributed throughout.
  4. Store any extra in the refrigerator.
