Ingredients

5 oz. can of solid white albacore tuna, packed in water

40 g real mayonnaise (approx)

20 g diced celery

35 g diced pickling cucumber

a sprinkling of onion powder

baby spinach (raw)

2 torpedo rolls, or 4 slices sandwich bread

Preparation

Drain the tuna and shred into small flakes with a fork.

Stir in the other four ingredients.

Spread on torpedo rolls or sandwich bread. Top with baby spinach.
