Ingredients
2 c. turkey – cooked, diced
2 c. celery – diced
1/2 c. almonds – toasted
2 tsp. minced onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. potato chips – crushed
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine turkey, celery, almonds, onion, mayo and soup. Mix well. Pour into 2-quart greased casserole. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake 45 minutes.
