Ingredients

15 oz. can of salmon, drained and flaked

1 c. Swiss cheese, grated

1 medium onion, chopped

2 T. all-purpose flour

4 eggs

1 c. milk

3/4 t. salt

1/8 t. red pepper sauce

Preparation

Toss salmon, cheese and onions with flour. Spread in a greased 9"x1/2" pie plate.

Beat eggs slightly. Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture over salmon mixture.

Cook, uncovered in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, until puffed and brown.
