Crustless Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

dash of cayenne pepper

2 cups shredded Cheddar,Swiss, and or Monterery Jack cheese

2 tablespoons all purpose flour

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 Grease and flour 9 pie pan In blender mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper. Skim off foam Toss cheese with flour and place in the prepared pie plate. Pour mixture over cheese Bake 30 to 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes
