Ingredients
2 Cups Chocolate chips
1 talblespoon Kirch (cherry liquor)
1 tablespoon Maraschino cherry juice
Melt together over double boiler keeping water at simmer. Stirring often.
While chocolate is melting whip 2 cups whipping cream or heavy cream.
Once chocolate is melted place bowl on counter on hand towel and beat in two eggs.
Then fold in whipped cream and place in wine glasses or custerd cups, cover with saran wrap and refrigerate.
Before serving add dallop of whipped cream, chocolate shavings and 1 maraschino cherry.
