Ingredients
1 white onion
1 Cuban pepper
1 can of peas
1 jar roasted red peppers
1 bottle of beer
1 bottle of Cuban wine
Adobo to taste
Chicken (cooked until done - sauteed)
Preparation
- Dice onion and pepper and sautee in olive oil. Put in slow cooker.
- Add chicken to slow cooker and cover with bottle of wine, adding water if neccessary to cover.
- Fix rice according to package
- Add peas to rice
- Stir in with chicken chicken
- Top with roasted red peppers
- Add 1/2 to 1 bottle of beer
