3-4 lb. pork loin or butt
2 Tbs. Badia Complete Seasoning
1 cup o.j.
½ cup white wine
3 bay leaves
1 bottle Mojo Sauce
2 onions sliced
Preparation
brown pork over high heat all sides. Put all ingredients in pot and simmer for 6-7 hrs Or Brown and bake at 250 degrees for 6 to 7 hrs.
