Ingredients
2
tablespoons butter, melted
1
clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4
teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1
tablespoon yellow mustard
1
tablespoon mayonnaise
1
can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
4
slices (3/4 oz each) sweet deli ham
4
slices (3/4 oz each) deli roast pork
2
slices (3/4 oz each) Swiss cheese, cut in half
4
dill pickle slices, cut in quarters
Preparation
In small bowl, mix butter, garlic and oregano.
In another small bowl, mix mustard and mayonnaise.
Heat oven to 375°F. Line large cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Unroll dough onto cookie sheet; separate into 4 rectangles (2 triangles each). Press each rectangle to form 6x4-inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations to seal.
Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard mixture on half of each rectangle to within 1 inch of edge. Top each with 1 slice ham, 1 slice roast pork, 1 piece cheese (1/2 slice) and 4 pickle quarters, folding ham and pork as needed to fit inside pocket.
Fold dough from top over filling; firmly press edges with fork to seal. With fork, prick top of each to allow steam to escape. Using pastry brush, brush top of each pocket with butter mixture.
Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until deep golden brown. Serve warm.
