Ingredients

3 cloves garlic - chopped

1 onion - sliced

1 green pepper - sliced

1 bay leaf

olive oil (enough for sauteing)

1 small can of tomato sauce

1/2 cup ketchup

1 cup white cooking wine

1 tsp white vinegar

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp Accent spice

1 tsp black pepper

1 tb tabasco sauce

1/2 cup chopped parsley

1 small jar pimentos - sliced

1 1/2 lbs shrimp, tails on

2 cups white rice

Preparation

Saute garlic, onions, green pepper & bay leaf

Add tomato sauce

On medium heat, add spices, ketchup, cooking wine, and vinegar and tabasco sauce

Simmer

Add shrimp - simmer until cooked throughly

Add pimentos & parsley

Serve over white rice
