Ingredients

8 oz softened cream cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup tangy dill relish

1 tsp dill (optional)

1 tsp lemon juice

1 cup well drained shredded cucumber

1 cup/1/2lb/250g of cooked salad size shrimp

Assorted crackers/baquette

Preparation

Beat first 5 ingredients until smooth. Spread evenly on a 9" plate or serving dish. Lightly mix well drained cucumber with shrimp & spread over cheese mixture. Top with fresh dill weed to garnish.
