Ingredients
2 cucumbers, diced
2 avocado, peeled and diced
1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice of one lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix first five ingredients. Season with the last two and mix again.
This can be made the day before, and may taste even better as the flavors have time to blend.
