Ingredients
3 cucumbers 6 inches long
1 bunch green onions (scallions)
for the marinade
1/3 cup white wine
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp dill (fresh chopped)
1 Tbsp salt (kosher)
1/2 tsp fresh ground white pepper
Preparation
Slice cucumbers thin and put in bowl. Slice green onions diagonally in small dice, add to cucs. In a small bowl whisk together the marinade ingredients untill blended. Pour marinade over cucs, toss to coat refrigerate over night.
