Ingredients
2 T canola oil
1 T rice vinegar
3/4 t toasted seasame oil
1/4 t salt
pinch of pepper
1/8-1/4 t crushed red pepper
1/8 t sugar
1 englsih cucumber unpeeled
3 scallions
Preparation
in a small bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, sesame oil, salt, pepper, red pepper and sugar. Toss with cucumber ans scallions.
