Ingredients

3 shallots

4 potatoes

2 sticks celery

1/2 cup sweet corn

1lb smoked haddock

milk or cream

salt & pepper to taste

small pat salted butter

Preparation

boil diced potatoes for 10 minutes, drain and set aside. in butter saute chopped shallots and celery until tender crisp. Add water to just cover and add potatoes, and haddock. Simmer for 10 minutes until fish is cooked then drain. Add milk or cream to cover, salt and pepper and heat through. Serve in bowl with crusty bread and side salad.
