Ingredients
16oz Cream Cheese,room temp
½c Butter, room temp
1t Vanilla Extract
1c Powdered Sugar, Sifted
Preparation
Using the paddle attachment of your stand mixer, cream butter until there are no lumps. Scrape sides of bowl often. Remove butter from the bowl. In the same bowl and again using the paddle attachment, cream the cream cheese until there are no lumps Scrape sides of bowl often. Combine the butter and the cream cheese, then slowly add the powdered sugar and vanilla. Blend until smooth, but do not over mix. May need to chill before icing.
