Ingredients
1/2 C butter, softened
1/2. (8 oz.) Cream cheese,softened
2 C sugar
4 lg eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 C flour
1 t bkg powder
1 t bkg soda
1 t salt
1 8 oz. Sour cream
Preparation
Beat butter and cream cheese togetherat medium speed until creamy. Beat in sugar until light and fluffy. add eggs, one st a time, beating until nlrnded after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients. Gradually add to butter mixture alternately with sour cream, beating until blended. Spoon batter by rounded tabkespoons into lightly greased mimi muffin psn. Bake at 350° for 13-15 mins or until wooden pick comes out clean. cool in psns on wire racks 5 mins. remove from pan to wire rack and cool fir 30 mins before frosting
