1# sirloin steak
2 Tb oil
2 tsp red curry past
salt and pepper
2 large shallots
14 oz unsweetened coconut milk
½ tsp sugar
Pasta or rice
Preparation
Marinade 1# sirloin steak with 2 Tb oil, 2 tsp red curry past, salt and pepper. Stir fry 2 large shallots, steaks, until brown. Add 14 oz unsweetened coconut milk, ½ tsp sugar. Simmer. Serve with noodles or rice.
