Ingredients
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1 med. onion, diced
1 small can sliced black olives
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup real mayonnaise
loaf of small pumpernickel bread
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for a few hours to enhance flavors. On a cookie sheet, slightly toast one side of slices of pumpernickel bread under broiler. Use small loaf for appetizers. Turn over bread slices and put a generous amount of the cheese spread on each slice and toast until cheese in bubbly and light brown. Cool slightly and serve.
