Ingredients
3 C cooked Chicken breast
1 carrot, grated
1 onion, finely chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 C Raisins
3 tbl lemon juice
2 tsp curry powder
1 tbl honey
1/4 C light mayo
Preparation
In large bowl combine chicken, carrot, onion, celery, and raisins. In a small bowl combine lemon, curry, honey and mayo. Combine big bowl, small bowl into big bowl. Blend well. Chill for 1 hour
