Ingredients

1 small onion diced

1/2 cup red or green pepper diced (optional)

1 tin chickpeas (28 oz - washed and drained)

1 tsp curry

1/2 tsp cumin

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In frying pan, fry onions and peppers until onions are browned. Add chickpeas, curry, cumin, salt and pepper. Cook until heated throughy. Serve right away. Enjoy!!
