Ingredients

1 cup - Whole Wheat Couscous

1/4 cup - Thai Yellow Curry Sauce

1 cup - Chicken Broth

1/2 cup - slivered Almonds

1/4 cup - sliced green onions

Preparation

Heat curry sauce and chicken broth in a medium-sized saucepan. When mixture comes to a boil, stir in couscous. Cover pan and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes covered.

Fluff couscous with a fork. Stir in green onions and almonds.

You can use other nuts too…such as walnuts and pine nuts.
