Ingredients
2 lbs pork chops or steak, cubed
1 tblsp salt
1/2 tblsp pepper, freshly ground
2-3 tblsp curry, different flavors
1 1/2 cups hot water
2 cups rice
2 tsps salt
2 tblsps butter/margarine
4 cups water
Preparation
cube pork into 1-2" in pieces. In sauce pan, prepare rice according to box instructions. Saute pork over high heat to release fat. Remove! Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, bring to rolling sizzle; add water and curries. Cover, lower flame to simmer; stew until rice is ready.
