pints (4 cups) purchased seafood salad (from deli)

1/4

cup golden raisins

1

teaspoon curry powder

1/2

honeydew melon, seeded, cut into slices

2

tablespoons chopped salted peanuts

Preparation

In medium bowl, combine seafood salad, raisins and curry powder; stir gently to mix.

Fan honeydew slices on individual serving plates. Spoon salad mixture onto center of melon slices. Sprinkle with peanuts.
