Ingredients
4 Scallions
1 Tbl. Ginger
1 tsp. Curry Powder
Olive oil
2 pints Cherry tomatoes
1 Tbl. Lime juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
Cook 1/2 cup garbanzo beans in water. Saute scallions, ginger, curry powder with olive oil. Add two pints cherry tomatoes. Add cooked garbanzo beans and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper
