Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
4 lbs veal stew meat
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
4 tsp curry powder
1-1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 10-1/2 oz can condensed beef (or bouillon cube/water)
2-1/2 cups sour cream
2/3 cup flour
2/3 cup water
1 cup snipped parsley
Preparation
Brown meat in butter.Sprinkle meat with salt, sugar, curry, pepper, & paprika.Add broth & sour cream. Stir in flour blended smoothly with water. Cover & simmer 1-2 hours or till tender. Stir occasionally.Add parsley. Serve with noodles or rice.
