Ingredients
5-6 cloves garlic
chicken thighs, legs, breasts, whatever
Curry powder, lots of it
Coconut milk, one or to cans
Preparation
Sautee garlic in oil Brown chicken breasts Add LOTS of curry powder, cook for 2 minutes to dry out Add coconut milk, stir, scrape bottom of pan
Put in oven at 300 degrees for an hour or more until ready to serve
