Ingredients
1 carton (16 oz.) light sour cream (do not use fat free)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 cup light mayonnaise
2 tsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Accent
1 tbsp. Curry powder
1 lb. Lump crabmeat
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients with the exception of the crab in a double boiler until smooth. Add crab meat and mix well. Do not let the crab meat boil.
