Ingredients

1 Cup Brown or White Rice

1 Cup Garbanzo beans

1 Tblsp Mayonaise

1 Tblsp finely chopped red onions

1 Tblsp yellow curry powder

Dash salt

Preparation

Steam rice. While rice is still hot stir in mayo, curry and salt. With a fork, stir in onions and garbanzo beans. Serve hot, or refrigerate. Either way is great.
