Ingredients

2lbs Chicken Breast

1/2lb Green Peas

11/2lb White Rice

Yellow Curry Powder

2 tb spoon Brown sugar

Celery, chive, pimentoes, 4 colves garlic,chilli peper to taste

Preparation

Cut 2lbs chicken breast, wash,season, add some Indian Curry Spice (yellow curry powder) & Marinate over night, Biol peas until tender, then strain. In a very hot pot add 2 table spoon of brown sugar,when sugar is Golden brown, put chicken & peas in the pot together, let simmer on low heat for 1/2 hr,occasionaly turning, when the first water dries out, add 3/4 cup water, when it begins to boil, turn off heat. Boil Rice unti tender. Server hot, dish rice & put chicken with the peas on it.
