Ingredients
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1-2 Tbsp Red Curry Paste
1/4 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 cup natural unsalted peanut butter
1/2 cup (plus some extra) coconut milk
2 tsp fish sauce
sugar to taste
1/2 lime, juiced
Preparation
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add curry paste and tumeric and let sizzle while stirring.
Add peanut butter, coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar and lime juice.
Stir for 3 minutes, add water or cocnut milk to preferred taste & consistency.
