Ingredients
1 pie crust
3 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Mix ingredients together with an electric mixer. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn down heat to 375 degrees and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until edge of custard is firm and the center is soft. Let cool before refrigerating.
