Ingredients

1 T oil

2 onions, chopped

6 cloves garlic, chopped

1 T chili powder

1 t cracked pepper

1 8 oz bottle chili sauce

1/4 c brown sugar

1/4 c cider vinegar

1 t Worcestershire

1 T liquid smoke

1/4 c water

BBQ sauce

1 boneless pork shoulder

Preparation

Saute onions and garlic in oil until tender. Mix all ingredients in crock pot. Add water as needed to keep pork covered. Cook on low, meat is done when it is fork tender. Serve with BBQ sauce and slaw.
