Ingredients

1 can (14 oz)sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

12 oz. Heath Toffee pieces

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour (I like organic white)

1 cup of quick cooking oats

1/2 cup pecan pieces

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup softened butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon soda

Preparation

Heat oven to 375. Grease square 9x9x2 inch pan. Mix milk, vanilla and half of Heath Toffee pieces; set aside. Crumble remaining ingredients together. Press half of the crumb mixture in pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with milk mixture. Gently press remaining crumb mixture over the top. Bake 20 minutes or until edge is golden brown and center is set but soft. Cool completely.
