Ingredients
1/2 lb chedder cheese
2 cups macaroni
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon mustard (dry)
3/4 teaspoon salt
Speck of pepper
2 cups milk
bread crumbs
Preparation
For White Sauce Use a double boiler. Add butter, flour, dry mustard and milk. Go by handfuls when adding the cheese. Make sure the cheese has dissolved before adding more. Add salt and pepper to taste
Boil mac and mix together with sauce in a 8 by 8 pan. sprinkle bread crumbs over the top. bake at 400 for 20 minutes. wait to cool and serve
