Ingredients

1/2 cup wine vinegar

2 T dry mustard

1 cup olive oil

3/4 cup low-sodium tamari sauce (or soy sauce)

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 tablespoon coursely gorund black pepper

2 T finely chopped parsley

1/2 cup lemon juice

3 crushed garlic cloves

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and use as a marinade before grilling. Good on chicken!
