Ingredients
2 Red Onions
1.5 KG Pork Spare Ribs
2 tsp Minced Garlic /or 1 Clove diced
3 Staranise
2 Cinnamon Sticks
To Taste Crushed Chillies Dried
3.5 tbs Black Bean Sauce
3.5 tbs Hoi Sin Sauce
2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1.5 tsp Ginger minced
1/2 ltr Chicken stock /or water
2 tbs Mushroom Soy
to serve rice /or noodles
Preparation
1.Dice onion, Chop ribs into cubes/rectangles 2.Soften onions, add ginger & garlic 3.Stir through & cook for 2 min 4.Add ribs, stir, add rest of ingredients(except stock /or water), stir again 5.Add stock /or water to cover meat 6.Simmer for 1hr/until cooked 7.Add more stock if need 8.Serve with rice /or noodles
